XFT Tests, Results & Testimonials
Explore XFT test results across trucking, mining, agriculture, marine engines, generators, and heating equipment. The summaries below show equipment photos and the results reported for each evaluation. Supporting reports are available upon request.
Understanding the Test Results
Many reports below use carbon mass balance (CMB) testing, which calculates fuel consumption by measuring carbon-containing exhaust gases, exhaust flow, and the carbon content of the fuel. Comparing these measurements before and after XFT treatment helps evaluate changes in fuel use under controlled conditions.
The test figures provide a controlled comparison of fuel use before and after XFT treatment. Several reports suggest that engines working under load may achieve greater savings than those measured during stationary testing. These results show what was measured in the tests; savings in everyday operation may be higher in some applications. Actual savings depend on equipment, workload, operating conditions, and how long XFT has been used. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Mining and trucking test results: The reports shown above include Thompson Creek, Noranda, Norgas, CDS, Gurney, and BFS. Thompson Creek reported an average 7.23% reduction in fuel consumption and a 24% reduction in soot across four mining haul trucks. See each evaluation for its reported findings and test conditions. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Marine, generator, agriculture, and haulage results: The reports above cover several XFT applications. Carsella Farms reported a 7.7% reduction in tractor fuel consumption after 500 treated operating hours. Martin Burnett reported an 8.4% reduction in truck fuel consumption and approximately 20% lower soot after 11,713 treated kilometres. See each evaluation for its test conditions. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Cars, SUVs, and commercial equipment results: The evaluations above include gasoline vehicles and commercial equipment treated with XFT. The Chevrolet Tahoe study reported 5.4% lower fuel consumption and 22% lower soot particulates after 5,376 miles on treated fuel. See each evaluation for its reported findings and test conditions. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Vehicle testing and emissions results: BIVAC International Ghana Ltd reported average reductions of 27.08% in hydrocarbons (HC) and 37.21% in carbon monoxide (CO) in the vehicle results shown above after XFT treatment. These figures describe exhaust emissions, not fuel savings. The vehicle pictures in the Ghana section are illustrative. Results apply to the tested vehicles and conditions; individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
